Display screen not working on OxyGo NEXT

If your screen or display doesn’t come on and your OxyGo NEXT portable oxygen concentrator is still running, you may need to perform a hard reset. Use the following steps to do a reset on your OxyGo NEXT.

How to fix display screen not working on OxyGo NEXT

  1. Remove the battery from machine and make sure that the power supply is not connected.
  2. Hold the On/Off button continuously for 30 seconds.
  3. Re-attach the battery.
  4. Turn on the machine.
  5. The display screen should come back on.
  6. If the screen still doesn’t come on, contact the company you purchased the machine from.
