Battery won’t charge on OxyGo NEXT

If the battery won’t charge on your OxyGo NEXT portable oxygen concentrator, and you’re sure the battery is good, try the following steps.

How to fix battery not charging on OxyGo NEXT

  1. Plug your AC power supply into a wall plug.
  2. Look for the green light on the adapter (rectangular box) on the power supply. The green light indicates that power is going into the power adapter.
  3. If the green light doesn’t come on, try a different wall outlet.

If the green light doesn’t come on, order a replacement OxyGo NEXT AC power supply. Be sure to order the exact AC power supply for your model as they are proprietary to each model.

If the green light does come on, refer to instructions on how to perform a hard reset on an OxyGo NEXT.

If the hard reset doesn’t work, consider trying an external OxyGo NEXT battery charger or a new OxyGo NEXT battery.
