Are OxyGo NEXT and Inogen G5 portable oxygen concentrators the same model?

The OxyGo NEXT and the Inogen One G5 are identical in build and functionality, and both the OxyGo NEXT and Inogen Oone G5 are manufactured by Inogen at the Inogen factory. They are just sold under different names by different companies with differing warranty policies.

The difference between OxyGo NEXT and Inogen One G5

The only difference between the OxyGo NEXT and the Inogen One G5 is the warranty policy. The OxyGo NEXT comes with a 5-year warranty, while the Inogen One G5 comes with a 3-year warranty.
