Display screen not working on Inogen Rove 4

If your screen or display doesn’t come on and your Inogen Rove 4 portable oxygen concentrator is still running, you may need to perform a hard reset. Use the following steps to do a reset on your Inogen Rove 4.

How to fix display screen not working on Inogen Rove 4

  1. Remove the battery from machine and make sure that the power supply is not connected.
  2. Hold the On/Off button continuously for 30 seconds.
  3. Re-attach the battery.
  4. Turn on the machine.
  5. The display screen should come back on.
  6. If the screen still doesn’t come on, contact the company you purchased the machine from.
