What is the warranty on the OxyHome stationary oxygen concentrator?
The warranty on the OxyHome is as follows:
- Year 1 (under 8,000 hours): Eligible units will be exchanged after receipt and evaluation.
- Years 1 (over 8,000 hours), 2 & 3: Units will be repaired and returned under warranty coverage.
- Exclusions: Products showing nicotine contamination or damage beyond normal wear and tear do not qualify for exchange but will be repaired.
- All warranty exchanges are processed after receipt and evaluation of the returned unit.
