How do I perform a hard reset on my OxyGo Fit?

Sometimes, when normal troubleshooting doesn’t work on your OxyGo FIT portable oxygen concentrator, you may need to perform a hard reset. Use the following steps to do a reset on your OxyGo FIT.

How to perform a hard reset on an OxyGo FIT

  1. Remove the battery from the machine.
  2. Make sure the power supply (wall plug) is disconnected from the POC.
  3. Hold the One/Off button continuously for 30 seconds.
  4. Re-attach the battery.
  5. Make sure the battery has some charge remaining.
  6. Turn on the machine.
  7. The display screen should come back on.
  8. If the hard reset doesn’t fix your problem, contact the company you purchased the machine from.
