Battery won’t charge on Inogen One G3

If the battery won’t charge on your Inogen G3 portable oxygen concentrator, and you’re sure the battery is good, try the following steps.

How to fix battery not charging on Inogen One G3

1. Plug your AC power supply into a wall plug.
2. Look for the green light on the adapter (rectangular box) on the power supply. The green light indicates that power is going into the power adapter.
3. If the green light doesn’t come on, try a different wall outlet.

If the green light doesn’t come on, order a replacement Inogen One G3 AC power supply. Be sure to order the exact AC power supply for your model as they are proprietary to each model.

If the green light does come on, refer to instructions on how to perform a hard reset on an Inogen One G3.

If the hard reset doesn’t work, consider trying an external Inogen One G3 battery charger or a new Inogen One G3 battery.
