If the green light indicator comes on, it confirms the power supply is functioning correctly, and the issue lies elsewhere. 

Faulty Connector or Machine

If the green light indicator turns off once the power supply is plugged into the machine, it suggests a potential problem with either the oxygen concentrator or the battery. 

Here are a few steps to narrow down the source of the issues: 

• Check the connector: Examine the connector for any visible damage, bent pins, or loose wires. If any issues are detected, contact the manufacturer.

If you do not have the AC power supply (wall plug charger) try plugging the machine using the DC charger (car charger) and see if you can charge the battery. If your battery is completely depleted keep the charger on machine for several minutes (up to 15 minutes) to get it up to a minimal charge to allow it to indicate its being charged.
